01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using any of our services — including making a reservation, placing a food order, or subscribing to our newsletter — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

02 Reservations and Bookings

• Reservations made through our website, by phone, or via a third-party booking platform are subject to table availability.
• We may request a valid phone number and email address to confirm your booking.
• For large group bookings or special events, we may require a deposit or credit card details to secure your table.
• We reserve the right to release a table if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your booked time without prior notice.
• Please advise us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.

03 Cancellations and No-Shows

We understand plans can change, but late cancellations and no-shows affect our ability to serve other guests.

• We kindly ask that you cancel or amend your booking at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
• For bookings that required a deposit, cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation, or failure to attend without notice, may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Repeated no-shows may affect our ability to accept future bookings from you.

04 Online Ordering and Payment

• All prices displayed on our website and menu are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Payments for online orders are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example in the case of a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity, in which case any payment made will be refunded.

05 Menu, Pricing and Availability

Menu items, descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice, including due to seasonal availability or supplier constraints. Images used on our website and marketing materials are for illustrative purposes and actual dishes may vary slightly in presentation.

06 Allergies and Dietary Requirements

While we take reasonable care to accommodate allergies and dietary requirements, our kitchen handles a variety of allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, and shellfish, and we cannot guarantee that any dish is entirely free from trace allergens due to shared preparation areas. Guests with severe allergies or intolerances should inform our staff before ordering, and dine with us at their own discretion.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flavour Fusion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website, your booking, or your visit to our premises. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
